Semi automatic carton sealing machines with automatic flap closing system. The machine folds automatically the four upper flaps and seals with auto-adhesive tape the top and bottom of batches of uniform size, American-type boxes.

The machine must be adjusted through handles on the different box dimensions to be sealed. The boxes usually arrive from a motorized conveyor with the bottom flaps folded, fulfilled and the top flaps open/vertical. While the boxes pass through the machine, the top flap folder device is activated, the top flaps will be folded and simultaneously, the top and bottom box flaps will be sealed.

• Machine table made of free metal rollers;
• 2 columns with one screw each to symmetrically move top taping head & flap folder;
• Safety transparent protections with unique coding RFID to cut electricity and pneumatics when the doors are open (CE certified);
• bumping system for oversized (width) boxes;
• 4 side pressure rollers (2 + 2) to keep the box top flaps closed;
• Automatic – pneumatic device for closing the upper flaps;
• 2 taping heads TU2 (top & bottom) stand alone version or 1 taping head ( top) and bottom cover for integrated machine, tape 50mm wide ( GT56FL), TU3 (GT608FL) – 25 or 75mm wide taping heads on request;
• Control panel and switches ergonomically located;
