Automatic case erector with integrated bottom box sealing system

The machine must be adjusted through handles with  position indicators on the box dimensions to be formed. It forms and seals  the bottom of uniform sized American type boxes automatically folding the 4 bottom flaps. The flap folding system performance is assured by the perfect synchronous lever movements. The suction cup system, actioned by a Venturi group, picks the carton blank from the side magazine and holds it during the opening. After the forming and sealing  with self-adhesive tape the box is sent to a manual filling station or to a pick & place packer to be than top sealed. The compact dimensions allow GOLDFLEX to be installed in existing lines optimizing the space.

• Standard gravity magazine: about 100 carton blanks depending on the thickness of the box
• The machine is managed by a dedicated PACBRO dedicated electronic card and 2×40 LCD display
• Picking head with suction cups powered by a Venturi vacuum system
• Safety guards in transparent methacrylate with unique coding RFID to immediately stop the machine once open (CE)
• Control panels and switches ergonomically located
