Semi-automatic, self-adjusting machine for sealing the lid and bottom of cartons with tape.

The operator assembles the boxes and folds their bottoms, then positions the boxes on an inbound conveyor. The conveyor has a centering mechanism (with a holder), the operator fills the carton with the product, folds the top lid, and inserts the carton into the machine, which automatically adjusts itself to the size of the different cartons. As the carton passes through the machine, the bottom and lid of the carton are sealed simultaneously by the tape heads.

• 2 standard tape heads (lower and upper) TU2 for tape width 50 mm (GT34), TU3 for tape width 75 mm (GT346) for tape width from 25 to 50 mm on request
• Start & Stop button + Emergency stop button in an ergonomic and easily accessible position
