The machine is adjusted using handles for the correct carton size you will be using. The operator assembles the carton and folds its bottom, fills the carton with the product, folds the top lid and places the carton in the machine. As the carton passes through the machine, the bottom and lid of the carton are sealed simultaneously by the tape heads. The machine can be combined with an infeed and outfeed conveyor to create an efficient and easy packaging solution.

• The boxes are moved by a combination of belts and steel plates
• Two-column frame for systematic movement of the upper head
• Safety guards according to European safety standards (CE certified)
• 4-guide system (2+2) to keep the top lid closed
• Self-centering bottom guides to keep the carton in the middle of the machine
• 2 standard tape heads (lower and upper) TU2 for tape width 50 mm (GT34), TU3 for tape width 75 mm (GT346) for tape width from 25 to 50 mm on request
• Start & Stop button + Emergency stop button in an ergonomic and easily accessible position
