In 1996, the Harizanovi family, together with Petko Petkov, a future doctor who is currently the manager of Sandoz Bulgaria, opened a small neighborhood bookstore.

In 1997, after a meeting with the former classmate of Tsvetan Harizanov - Mr. Mitko Tanev, through the company "Rigel 96", they decided to focus their efforts on the sale of one product from office materials - self-adhesive tape - better known as Тape!

At the end of 1998 Mr. Tanev directs his efforts entirely to politics, while the Harizanovi family continues alone and for this purpose registered in 2000 ET "Rigel Eleonora Tsarkova".

With small steps and growth, the company's development as a market leader for packaging consumables continues.

In 2009, after the continued rapid growth, a new, modern 500 sq.m. warehouse was hired, and in order to separate import, production and trade, "Rigelet" Ltd. was registered as a company. In the following years, two more rooms were rented in order to separate the production into a separate room.

In 2011 "Rigelet" Ltd. takes over the entire production activity, and over time - also the import of materials.

In 2012 another small unrolling machine was purchased. The warehouse and production area was gradually increased to 900 sq.m.

In 2013, in order to continue the development and growth, the Harizanovi family opened an office and a warehouse in the city of Sofia.

In 2018 an office and a warehouse were opened in the town of Shumen. Another unrolling machine was purchased. A 7-acre plot was purchased in Stara Zagora, on which the construction of a warehouse, a production base and a showroom for the machines sold by the companies began on August 20.

In September 2019, ET "Rigel El. Tsarkova" and "Rigelet" OOD moved into their own home. In the same year, "Rigelet" Ltd. applied for the European program for competitiveness for the purchase of new modern unrolling machines. After approval of the project in 2020, two high-speed machines were purchased - one with the possibility of mini-rolls, and the other innovative for the production of pre-stretched stretch product, which ET "Rigel El. Tsarkova" imposes on the market.

In 2022 we continued to grow and opened a warehouse and office in Veliko Tarnovo.
